Google has introduced Gemini 3.7 Flash, its latest Flash model for coding, document-heavy work and multi-step AI workflows. The launch comes three weeks after Gemini 3.6 Flash.

Stronger coding and web development

Google reports gains in debugging, issue resolution and production-ready code generation. On FrontierCode 1.1 Main, Gemini 3.7 Flash scored 43.6% versus 34.4% for 3.6 Flash. On DeepSWE v1.1, the comparison was 65.3% versus 49.0%.

Its WebDev Arena score increased from 1538 to 1588 Elo. Google also says the model creates more functional layouts and feature-complete applications in fewer prompts, with better adherence to screenshots and design systems.

Documents, automation and agents

The company reports improved performance on complex information in finance, law and biosciences. On AutomationBench, which evaluates real-world business workflows, Gemini 3.7 Flash scored 30.4% versus 17.0% for the previous version.

The broader direction is more disciplined execution: planning multi-step tasks, using tools, reducing retries and requiring less manual intervention.

Pricing and availability

Introductory pricing through December 31, 2026 is $0.75 per million input tokens and $3.75 per million output tokens. From January 1, 2027, Google says pricing will become $1.50 and $7.50 respectively.

The model is available through Google AI Studio, Android Studio, Google Antigravity and the Gemini API. Enterprise customers can access it through Gemini Enterprise, while Google AI Pro and Ultra subscribers can use it through Spark in supported countries.

These benchmarks are reported by Google, so teams should test the model on their own workflows, documents and tool stack before moving production workloads.
