Privacy Policy

Updated: July 11, 2026

This policy explains what personal data EzraTech collects through ezratech.co.il and through mobile or desktop applications published under the EzraTech name, why it is used, who it may be shared with, and which rights users have.

This is a single policy shared by the website and by EzraTech applications: unless a specific app publishes its own policy, this document applies.

Site operator and data controller: EzraTech, Israel. Privacy contact: hello@ezratech.co.il.

Data we collect

  • Data you provide: name, contact details, inquiry text, AI chat messages, project details, and other information sent through WhatsApp, Telegram, phone, email, or chat.
  • Technical site data: IP address, URL, language, device and browser type, visit date and time, diagnostic events, security data, and server logs.
  • Preference data: selected language, cookie consent, and similar browser-stored settings.
  • Analytics data: page views and navigation events. Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica load only after consent; Webvisor and click map are disabled.

Why we use data

  • To respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, discuss projects, and provide services.
  • To operate, secure, debug, and localize the website.
  • To measure traffic and improve pages if you allow analytics.
  • To comply with legal, accounting, and contractual duties and to protect EzraTech rights in disputes or misuse cases.

Legal bases

For GDPR, where applicable, we rely on contract or pre-contract steps, legitimate interests in security and responding to requests, legal obligations, and consent for optional analytics. Under Israeli law, we process data for the disclosed purposes, taking into account the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, Amendment 13, and applicable database and data security rules.

Cookies, analytics, and third-party services

Necessary cookies and local storage are used for language, consent, and basic site operation. Optional analytics scripts do not run until you choose “Allow analytics”. If you reject analytics, the site remains available.

  • Google Analytics: traffic measurement with IP anonymization enabled.
  • Yandex Metrica: basic statistics without Webvisor or click map.
  • AI chat: when you send a message, the text, language, UID, and session ID are sent to the io.cloudberg.su webhook to prepare a reply.
  • WhatsApp, Telegram, and phone links open third-party services that apply their own terms and privacy rules.

Marketing messages

We do not send advertising or marketing messages by email, SMS, or WhatsApp without your prior consent, in line with Section 30A of the Communications Law (anti-spam). Every such message includes a simple way to opt out, and we stop sending on request.

EzraTech apps and mobile services

If you use a mobile or desktop application published under the EzraTech name, the following may additionally apply: technical device and OS identifiers, crash and diagnostic data used to fix bugs, a push token — only if you enabled notifications, and device permissions (for example camera, files, location) requested solely for features that plainly need them, with the purpose explained inside the app.

We do not sell personal data to third parties and do not use third-party SDKs for cross-app ad tracking without separate, explicit disclosure inside the specific app. Each app publishes its own App Store / Google Play data declaration (App Privacy / Data safety) reflecting what that version of the app actually collects.

EzraTech apps are not directed to children and are not intended to knowingly collect children’s data, the same as the website.

Sharing and retention

We may share data with hosting, analytics, communications, automation, legal, and technical service providers where needed for the purposes described above. Providers may be located in Israel, the EEA, the United States, or other countries. Where GDPR applies, we use an adequacy decision, contractual safeguards, or other permitted transfer mechanisms.

Inquiries and correspondence are usually retained for up to 36 months after the last contact unless a longer period is needed for contracts, accounting, legal claims, or law. Server logs are usually retained for up to 12 months. Cookie consent is stored until you change your choice or clear browser storage.

User rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing where those rights apply. Under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, users have access and correction rights; data transferred from the EEA to Israel is also subject to rules on deletion, retention, accuracy, and notice.

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time. For analytics, clear the browser choice or contact us. If GDPR applies, you may also lodge a complaint with an EU supervisory authority; in Israel, you may contact the Privacy Protection Authority.

Security, children, and changes

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, limit access to data, and ask users not to send sensitive information through chat or messengers unless necessary. The site is not directed to children and is not intended to knowingly collect children’s data.

If a data breach occurs that creates a real risk of harm, we will notify the Privacy Protection Authority and affected individuals as required by Amendment 13 to the Protection of Privacy Law.

We may update this policy when the site, services, apps, or legal requirements change. The current version is published on this page.
