Terms of Service

EzraTech provides Next.js website development, AI automation, UX audits, knowledge-base systems, and related digital services. The specific scope, timeline, and price are set out in a brief, written correspondence, or a separate agreement before work begins.

The standard website delivery time is approximately 14 days from receipt of all materials and brief approval; timelines may shift if materials or feedback are delayed.

Prices shown on the site are in shekels (₪) and are indicative for standard packages; the final price is confirmed before work starts. The "pay after acceptance" model means payment is due once the deliverable is accepted, unless a deposit is agreed in writing (for example, for custom-scope projects).

If payment is overdue, EzraTech may pause work or access to deliverables until payment is received.

Upon full payment, ownership of the final code and design created specifically for your project transfers to you, excluding components licensed from third parties (fonts, libraries, images, off-the-shelf integrations), which remain subject to their own licenses.

EzraTech retains the right to reuse general methods, templates, and reusable components in other projects, and to showcase completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.

You agree to provide accurate information, required materials (copy, images, access credentials), and feedback within a reasonable time. Delays on your part may shift delivery timelines without penalty to EzraTech.

Services are provided on an "as is" basis using reasonable professional standards. EzraTech does not guarantee specific business outcomes (lead volume, search rankings, revenue), as these depend on factors outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EzraTech's liability for any claim is limited to the amount actually paid for the relevant service and excludes indirect, incidental, or lost-profit damages. EzraTech is not liable for outages of third-party services (hosting, WhatsApp, Telegram, payment processors, AI providers).

The site and services use third-party services (WhatsApp, Telegram, analytics, AI providers, hosting) that are governed by their own terms and policies. EzraTech does not control and is not responsible for the availability or changes of these services.

If you install a mobile or desktop application published under the EzraTech name, EzraTech grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for its intended purpose on devices you own or control.

You may not decompile, modify, redistribute the app, or create derivative works from it, except where expressly permitted by law. The terms of the relevant app store (Apple Media Services Terms, Google Play Terms of Service) apply in addition to these terms.

EzraTech may update, change, or discontinue support for an app; where reasonably practicable, we aim to provide advance notice.

Either party may terminate the engagement for material breach by the other party. Provisions on intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Israel.

EzraTech may update these terms when services, apps, or applicable law change. The current version is published on this page with an update date.
